Inpatient Rehab / Skilled Nursing

The Canyon Springs Master Plan includes a 6-7-acre site located directly to the north of the hospital campus, entitled for a wide range of post-acute services such as skilled nursing and inpatient rehab, as well as complementary ancillary retail.

The location of the site is intentional and designed to foster an integrated system of care and monitoring; a place where multiple caregivers can work together and collaborate on a single patient through all phases of post acute care.
