The Campus will include five medical office buildings ranging in size from 50,000 to 80,000 square feet. MOBs 1-4 are within the 250-yard radius of the Hospital and will have “on campus” designation once the hospital is complete.

The first three medical office buildings slated for development are in various stages of development. MOB 2 is now open; MOBs 1 and 5 are anticipated to be completed in 2024.
