The Campus will include up to five medical office buildings ranging in anticipated sizes of 50,000 to 180,000 square feet. All but one of the MOBs will have an on-campus hospital licensed designation as they will be within a 250-yard radius of the Hospital, once completed.
2799 Gateway Drive, a 75,000 square foot, 3-story facility, is now open and occupied, with limited space available for lease. 6445 Day Street is currently in the design phase and anticipated for a 2027 completion. Planning is underway with UCR Health for development of their large multi-story ambulatory care center in the heart of the Canyon Springs Healthcare campus.”
